Initial consultation fee will be set when appointment is made.
Fee established in the initial session.
Insurance
I am accepted by all health insurance carriers as an Out-of-Network provider. Please consult your benefits to see if you are covered. Payment may be made monthly or weekly and I will provide monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
You can check your coverage by asking the following questions of customer service in your plan:
- Do I have a mental health benefit?
- Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it, and has all or some of it been met?
- What is the allowed amount per therapy session?
- For how many sessions per year am I covered?
Payment
Checks are accepted for payment.
