Rates
The fee is established in the initial consultation.
Insurance
I am accepted by all health insurance plans as an Out-of-Network provider. Patients pay me directly and submit claims to their insurance. I will provide monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Payment may be made monthly or weekly.
You can check your coverage by asking the following questions of customer service in your plan:
- Do I have a mental health benefit for an Out-of-Network provider?
- Do I need to get prior authorization?
- Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it, and has all or some of it been met?
- What is the allowed amount per therapy session? What percent of that allowance is covered?
- For how many sessions per year am I covered?
Payment
Checks are accepted for payment.
