Panelist

A robust discussion of the psychoanalytic writing process for candidates, as Valerie Frankfeldt, David Pauley, Panthea Saidipour, and Ashley Warner draw from their personal writing and publishing experiences. Together, they’ll consider a rich range of topics, including the interplay between writing and self-reflection, resistance to case writing, how the writing process affects the analytic relationship, and more. There will be a special focus on the candidate experience of authoring a final paper and how this process is similar to and different from publishing after graduation.
